HOW IT WORKS
1. You hire a lawyer to write up a Trust or you can purchase a fill in blank Texas Trust template online from any number of different websites.
2. You arrange to have two witness age 18 or older that aren't mentioned in your Trust present at the time of your Trust signing, and who have a valid ID to show the notary.
3. You contact us at T&C Signings and schedule a date and time to have an our notary travel to you and be present at your Trust signing.
4. The signors of the Trust must have a valid photo ID to show the notary and physically sign the Trust in front of the notary to legally execute the Trust in Texas.
